It's an older industrial area, with lots of on-street parking, no meters. I'm guessing the parking situation will be pretty good on Saturday & Sunday. Any other input, would be appreciated.

If you are willing to walk far enough, you can find a parking spot for free; commuters have been parking as far east as SE 10th for years. There's a parking structure at Hawthorne & MLK, but I don't knnow what the prices are. Or you could do the entirely counterintuitive thing & park downtown, then take the bus over the Hawthorne Bridge to RCC. (I think the #s 5 & 10 still run that way; it's been over 15 years since I lived in that part of town.) -- GeoffBurling 07:41, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
