Friday, February 2nd

  • 5:30-8:30 am, current window for table and chair delivery
  • 9-?am, sign-in procedure and breakfast?
  • Ted does open space opening
  • 12:30-2pm, lunch slot in the open space schedule though if we have lunch on-site, would be fine to have lunch "open" earlier - also, lunch on-site means we can do shorter break in the open space and finish earlier in the evening - even with the longer break, being on-site is preferrable because it'll allow people to schedule sessions during that time, even if that's not a "slot"

  • 5:30, evening news concludes
  • after that- dinner and evening regrouping
