Hi Conal! Thanks so much for being in the personal and social change session. I've been learning a bit about NVC from John Abbe and recently found out that my physician is also an NVC trainer. John actually knows her (Dr. Pokarna in Chicago). I've been feeling lately that an NVC training of some kind might be in my future. We shall see how it all fits in.
