Challenges with some people specializing as ... dumper ins ... some as page editors ... how do we get maintainers

Who is qualified to rework it, what part am I going to maintain, what part are you going to maintain (benevolent dictator doesn't work)
You can call yourself the page maintainer ... which means that there is an expectation of deferral to the page maintainer
Faciliation is a strong part of it ... community organizing

What parts will you do and which parts will I do
People are uncomfortable without structure and order ... the tyranny of structurelessness ... we do want some structure but those who are stuck in the "open" phase will resist it
What are the roles for things larger than a page ... someone might take on a tag (like birthdays)
