Here is the deal with Food

Kaliya Hamlin has taken on the job of coordinating. Since she is in SF she needs help on the ground manifesting. E-mail her to help kaliya (at) mac.com

• Portland Rentall to bring coffee urns, 55 cup size (3) for hot water, decaf, full strength. Yay, tnx Amber.

• We need someone to buy bagels (75 Friday Morning)

Restaurant coordination is happening for Friday and Saturday by the fabulous Kelly Makin in collaboration with Kaliya, Jason and Ray.

Kristin will bring

• coffee.
• teas will be provided by Stash_Tea_Co.
• buy Milk and sugar.

I have a united grocers by my house for wholesale purchases.

Anselm Hook (a@hook.org) is buying the following:

• Cups, plates, knives, forks, spoons

Is this going to be a sit-down thing? Basically yes.

MarkDilley stopped by QFC grocery store and picked up an inkind donation form (for case of apples, bannans, pears, etc). I need a non-profit tax id. Do we have one of those? and if we do, others can try other grocery stores for small inkinds.

Also, I have contacted the Lucky Labrador - they have a private room that holds 70 people, plus they have a large area bar, available Friday night.
