David Mandel

David Mandel is Executive Director of Linux Fund and Chief Activist of the Portland Linux/Unix Group. His technical expertise is in Open Source GIS and has recently become interested in wiki web sites which include maps like plonemap or twiki-map. He thinks it would be really cool to have a map site where users could add, remove, and edit geometric elements as well as the related attributes.
