Taking and publishing notes - how you can help
If you use SynchroEdit to take session notes, other people - at the conference and those Participating remotely - will be able to collaborate with you on the notes (we're also using some other Collaboration tools). But the important thing is that there are some notes, so feel free to take them in whatever way you like.
When sessions are set (or changed!) update this page with session names, times and locations.
When a session is finished, make the session name below into a link (by putting double-brackets around it), click on the link, and paste the notes on the new page.
Session notes should/could include:
- list of participants, noting the convenor and note-taker
- any key points, discoveries, controversies, resolutions or outcomes
- relevant web addresses, names of people organizations, etc.
- a picture of people attending (note the Upload file link in the left column)
- graphics, slideshows, etc. that give a clue of what was going on (again using the Upload file link if they're not already on the web somewhere)
- whatever else you think is important or valuable
Session listing
(This is just sessions. There's also a Schedule of other times & events.)
